I am currently a PhD Candidate in Economics at Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona. My research lies at the intersection of time series econometrics and empirical macro-finance. Rooted primarily in econometrics, I focus on developing novel forecasting methodologies—spanning Bayesian econometrics and applied machine learning—to evaluate asymmetric structural breaks and extreme macro-financial tail risks.
My doctoral research in the Department of Economics and Business is supervised by Prof. Christian Brownlees and Prof. David Rossell.
I am on the 2026/2027 academic job market. You can find my CV here.
Outside of research, I enjoy playing the piano as a hobby. You can find my practice log here.
